About Ghent Workgroup

The Ghent Workgroup (GWG) is an international organisation that has been developing guidelines and tools for standardised PDF workflows in the graphic arts industry since 2002. The group consists of industry associations, suppliers, industry members, and educational institutions from around the world. Their freely available guidelines and tools help automate processes, ensure consistent PDF exchange, and improve quality control in printing, publishing, and packaging. In 2025, Dataline became a member of the Ghent Workgroup to drive PDF developments in MultiPress and further strengthen MIS/ERP-related PDF services for customers.
