This online course is suitable for MultiPress users who want to expand their basic knowledge. During this course, you will learn the most efficient methods for creating and invoicing orders.
- We will guide you through the entire order process: you will learn three methods for creating orders, how to modify these orders, and how this affects the pricing. You will also learn how to prepare an order for production and how to handle complaints.
- Whether you want to invoice manually or automatically, it's all possible in MultiPress. Here you will see how to create a sales invoice and accompanying credit note. You will also learn all about automatic invoicing and features such as archiving and sending reminders.

Become a Certified MultiPress User!
We provide this training to ensure your employees become Certified MultiPress Users. This way, you can use our software efficiently and to its full potential. Every training takes place online and will be taught by one of our experienced Project Managers.
You can register yourself and/or other colleagues for this training. The price per training course per person is 120 euros. Order management
In this course, you will learn three ways to create an order, modify an order and derive the impact on the pricing.
Preparing the order for production
To manage an order from start to finish, you will work with the workflow and folder structure. You will learn the correct ways of adding delivery addresses, materials and planning to an order. In addition, you learn how to create the order instruction and to provide it with additional work instructions. Handling customer complaints is also covered.
Advanced Invoicing
We teach you various techniques for creating a sales invoice with accompanying credit note, adapted to your administrative environment. Furthermore, we show you how to use extra functionalities within the module, such as archiving invoices and sending reminders.
Automatic Invoicing
Automatic invoicing is a practical feature that will save you a lot of time on a daily basis. That is why we cover this topic here.
