Kluytenaar Printing chooses the innovative MIS/ERP solution: MultiPress

Kluytenaar Printing, a sign and commercial print company based in Bladel (the Netherlands), was founded in 2005 by André and Ingrid Kluytenaar. Their previous software, Drumis, had not kept up with Windows developments. When Dataline acquired Drumis, Kluytenaar Printing logically made the switch to MultiPress MIS/ERP.

A wealth of expertise in the graphic sector

The sign and commercial print company offers a wide range of print solutions, including business printwork, (medical) leaflets, family printwork, copyshop services, promotional materials, and funeral printwork. Clients such as Uniek Mode and XO Fashion rely on Kluytenaar Printing's expertise, which is rooted in a profound knowledge of the graphic sector.

Founders André and Ingrid Kluytenaar both have a background in the graphic industry. André received formal graphic training, while Ingrid gained hands-on experience in traditional techniques such as film exposure and assembly. Today, Ingrid plays a vital role in the company, managing finishing processes, administration, and customer relations. Together, they have successfully grown their business into an established name in the industry.

Development of the previous software ceased

Kluytenaar Printing faced a critical decision: either continue using the outdated software or transition to a robust MIS/ERP system that embraces ongoing innovation. Drumis no longer met the company’s needs, and the lack of updates since 2018 meant it could not handle the increasing complexity of the graphic market.

In 2023, Kluytenaar Printing decided to switch to MultiPress. This MIS/ERP solution was recognised by the European Digital Press Association (EDP) in 2019, 2020, and 2021 as the most innovative administrative software for the print industry. Additionally, Dataline received the Trends Gazellen Award 2022 in the category of fastest-growing medium-sized companies. These accolades were enough to convince Kluytenaar Printing.

Thanks to this transition, the sign and commercial print company now benefits from a fully integrated solution that streamlines both production and administration. As a result, processes like invoicing and estimating are much more streamlined, allowing them to serve their customers even better.
