Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Vincent Van Quickenborne visits Dataline Headquarters
27 April 2023
Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Vincent Van Quickenborne (Open VLD) visited our headquarters in Bruges.
CEO Dirk Deroo states: "It was a great honour to receive the minister. As a European software company, we are proud that Dataline is recognised by the government for its innovation and international growth."
The minister was particularly interested in how Dataline is starting local offices in other European countries through recruitment and acquisitions.
This success had humble beginnings in CEO Dirk Deroo's own attic room. Meanwhile, after 25 years of diligent work, the Dataline team consists of 70 professionals who innovate sign and print companies across Europe with the workflow software MultiPress.
Dataline doesn't just say that recognition is our biggest motivator – they also have the awards to prove it. The Dataline team has already won several international recognitions for its leading software innovations and quality of service. Recently, they were also awarded during the Belgian Trends Gazellen Awards: Dataline achieved third place in this ranking among fast-growing medium-sized companies in Flanders.
"This visit and the Deputy Prime Minister's appreciation strengthen us to continue our efforts for the printing industry and Dataline customers unabated, and to implement our growth plans with undiminished vigour.", Dirk Deroo concludes.
