GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING A CUSTOM MultiPress REPORT

What do we need to generate a report?

  1. You must have the MultiPress "report generator" module.
  2. A clear description of the desired report, including numbering for screenshots.
  3. Screenshots from MultiPress with correct identification of the fields.
  4. The purpose of the report: what will it be used for?

For example:

You want a report that displays data from unbilled orders with the product type "Letterhead" and paper type "Conqueror High White."

  1. The Query: What data do you want to retrieve?
    • From unbilled orders: 1
    • That have the product type "Letterhead": 2
    • That have the paper type "Conqueror High White": 3
       
  2. Report Details: What should be included in the report?
    • Price: 4
    • Description: 5
    • Quantity: 6
    • Customer number: 7
    • Customer name: 8
