Signage specialist Métropole Atelier keeps overview thanks to MultiPress

Paris-based Métropole Atelier, founded in 2000, quickly became a renowned expert in signage with digital print and sublimation. For administration, they used their own software. This system was no longer updated and was too limited to handle all the administrative needs of a modern sign company. Major brands in the fashion and luxury sector, whose signs adorn the facades of the most famous Parisian shops, call on the expertise of Métropole Atelier. This print business covers the entire graphics chain, from the graphic studio to printing and installation through their integrated design agency Stratus.

Limitations of current CRM software

Even though the company seems like a well-oiled machine, they still encounter obstacles in administration and business management. The limitations of the current software package was one of them. It did not allow to:

• have an overview of all business processes,
• reduce the risk of delivery and planning errors,
