From manual administration to scalable automation

In 2016, AMS Digital Printing began searching for a modern alternative to their administrative process, which at the time relied on Excel, Word, and Winbooks. Everything was centrally managed by owner Yvan, who realized this approach was no longer sustainable. He looked for a solution offering time savings, simplicity, and future readiness. A first demo showed that MultiPress was a perfect match for his needs.

In 2018, Ary Maes took the helm. As former Managing Director at Antilope De Bie Printing, he already had years of experience with MultiPress: "MultiPress is fully tailored to the needs of the customer. In our case, this involved very specific requirements, from quote creation to complex calculations." He immediately updated and expanded the software within AMS, leading a renewed wave of digitization. His goal was clear: to build a professional, flexible, and customer-focused production process supported by a reliable software package.

The central database in MultiPress allows the team to retrieve historical orders with just a few clicks and restart production. MultiPress supports the entire administrative process, including post-calculation, reporting, and invoicing. Through integrations with external financial tools and the MultiPress Installation App, AMS maintains smooth control over every job, even when the installation team is working on-site: "By the time they're on location, the customer may already have called to change the location, provide additional info, or new contact details. And all of that can be accessed via a very simple app." This ensures the entire production process remains transparent, measurable, and controllable.
