Inprint calculates quickly and accurately with MultiPress

Since 2005, Inprint, the Swedish sign and large-format company, has built a reputation for delivering creative print solutions that help businesses across various industries—ranging from large real estate firms to local agencies and sports teams—stand out from the competition. Their extensive product line includes wall signs, car stickers, banners, and window decorations, among others. However, to deliver these high-quality print jobs quickly and efficiently, they recognised the need for a powerful administrative software. Their search led them to the Dataline stand at Sign & Print in Stockholm in 2023, where they were introduced to the all-in-one solution: MultiPress.

From design and production to installation in a single day

Since 2005, Inprint, a leading family-run business based in Uppsala, Sweden, has been known for its extensive range of graphic products. With a team of 13 skilled professionals, Inprint helps businesses distinguish themselves with innovative ideas and print jobs in all forms. From wall signs, car stickers, 3D signs, clothing, window decorations, posters, banners, flags to signs. But Inprint delivers more than just graphic solutions. They create ideas and concepts that elevate your business. Whether you are a large real estate firm like Vasakronan and Castellum, a car dealer, an estate agent, or a sports team, Inprint excels in every sector.

What truly sets them apart is their local production. All products are made locally in Sweden, ensuring fast turnaround times and high quality. Customers can work directly with a graphic designer to bring their ideas to life, something rarely offered by traditional advertising agencies. Since 2020, they have also focused on large-format print jobs, such as corporate signs and 3D logos, often made from more exclusive materials like acrylic or aluminium, further emphasising their commitment to quality and innovation.

Various isolated solutions

To streamline their production, Inprint relied on several non-integrated systems. They used Podio for project management, Pyramide for accounting, and Onyx for prepress workflow. But this many isolated solutions prevented Inprint from pursuing a streamlined workflow. On the contrary, a lot of time was lost, particularly as everything was done manually. Calculations, order management, and invoicing were performed manually in Excel, Podio, and Pyramide.

As a result, Inprint sought a software solution that could provide a comprehensive solution, but they could not find one. Each software package they encountered could only cover parts of their workflow. That was until Inprint was introduced to MultiPress at the Sign & Print exhibition in 2023 in Stockholm through Dataline’s channel partner for the Nordics, NIZE Equipment. The pieces quickly fell into place. Following a thorough business analysis of their existing processes and a personalised demonstration, they were immediately impressed.

The process of manual calculations was not only time-consuming but also carried the risk of errors. Additionally, there was a lack of oversight across the various isolated solutions. In MultiPress, Inprint found a comprehensive system that manages all aspects of their operations easily and transparently. This has resulted in significant improvements in the speed and accuracy of calculations. Furthermore, Inprint now utilises various tools such as the calculation wizard, dashboards, and the nShift integration. This has made their entire production process much faster.
